It is entirely possible to find true love, even if you’re overweight. I have been with my boyfriend for over 2 years, and I have never weighed under 200 pounds in the time we’ve been going out. He supports me when I’m trying to lose weight, and never pesters me about it when I’m not trying.

So today i started that soup diet. I did pretty well followed what i was supposed to do. Hopefully i can continue….now to smoke and watch a movie tty tomorrow

So…ive been off diet for a while so i need to get back on track. Im still at 200 lbs. Tomorrow im starting a new diet plan that hopefully i can stick to. I tried it before and it was working but stopped doing it bcs of a pregnancy. Sacred heart diet (gm diet) its sorta like the cabbage soup diet. Last time i did it 3 days i lost 5lbs. Hopefully i can stick to it wen i get down to atleast 150 il go on a normal diet and exercise plan which il be doing turbo fire.
Well im off this going to get some rest day 1 starts in the am well first i gotta make the soup. Wish i had someone to do the diet with
